UAE Tourist visas can be extended upto 4 times
One of the most asked question is how many times can a UAE tourist visa be extended?
From 1st January 2024, visas issued from ICP (Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security) can be extended for upto 4 times. These include visas issued from the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah.
Each Extension will be upto 30 days. The original stay period could be either 30 days or 60 days of stay.
However visas issued by GDRFA (General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs, Dubai) can be extended twice.
